The head of PNG Power Limited, Flagon Bekker resigned ‘effective immediately’ in light of mounting pressure from its workers.

PPL Board Chairman, Moses Maladina made this announcement of his resignation in an internal circular to all workers today.

Additionally, Mr Maladina said strategic advisor Obed Batia would be the officer-in-charge pending proper appointment.
